Hans Paap Taos Indian Portrait

Hans Paap was born in Hamburg, Germany in 1894. Paap worked as an art director for motion pictures in Berlin. He then moved to New Mexico, around the 1930's, where he was associated with the Taos art colony. Paap is known for landscape, portrait-figure art, as shown here in his "Taos Indian Portrait". In excellent condition. signed on bottom
