A circa 1940's Mexican silver and amethyst bracelet, large central amethyst nugget with crystals anchored by cast silver coral-like mounting that carries out the design of the front half of the piece.Impressed marks "STERLING", "HECHO EN MEXICO", "925" and an illegible maker's mark in an oval: appears to be "ZA?"over "TASCO".Mechanism opens and closes with ease and the catch firmly locks.Measures 2.25"d inside across.
